- Record transactions and reconcile accounts of various clients monthly.
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for various clients and file payroll returns on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Process bills and bill payments.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule.
- Evaluate and comment to client regarding financial results as displayed on financial package prepare for client.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
- 2 - 5 years' experience in accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in QuickBooks desktop and online software.
- We will consider applications from individuals located in the Washington DC Metro area.
